Oh well! I've bitten the bullet and announced the dates for the 2013 Scooters in the Sahara trip to Bansang in Gambia. They are 11th October to 12th November 2013. Applications from riders old and new ( also young and old !!!) are welcomed.

This year will see us  taking about 12 C90s plus support vehicle overland to Gambia vis Morocco, Western Sahara, Mauritania and Senegal. It's a 4000 mile non-stop adventure eschewing the dubious delights of hotels for the joys of wild camping in the Saharan sand dunes...

If you only ever have one big adventure this is the one not to miss and you have the feel good factor of helping some of the world's poorest people to receive health care.
