Just a short update

Finally made it to our Phnom Penh hotel - The Golden Lotus Guest House - at around 1 am totally exhausted after almost 2 days sat on airplanes. We stopped at Amsterdam, Beijing ( where we were given a hotel room to try to catch a few zzz's) and Guangzou  before finally landing in Phnom Penh. A few hour sleeps and now time to explore this incredible looking city and find some breakfast and cold drinks. The temperature is already rising fast so I think it's going to be another scorcher. Unfortunately the aircon in our room doesn't work too well so even with the AC and fan running it's a bit like sleeping in an oven... Never mind only a couple of days until we pick up the bike and head out to the hills and the countryside where we should find things just a little cooler.

We are now 7 hours ahead of the UK and with out bodies still adjusting to the time we're both feeling a bit woolly but I'm sure we'll be fine by tonight.
